States and UTs have started releasing the NTSE 2020 result on their official website. SCERT Haryana and DSERT Karnataka have released the NTSE Result 2020 on January 14 and 21 respectively on its official website. While the NTSE Karnataka result has been announced for all candidates, the Haryana NTSE Result 2020 mentions the name and other details of only those who have qualified the stage 1 exam. The NTSE Karnataka result 2020 has been announced in the form of district-wise lists. The final merit list will be shortly updated along with the cut off marks.

NTSE Examination 2019-20

The SCERT Haryana has also released the NTSE cutoff score. The merit list contains the roll number and other details of candidates who will have achieved the NTSE cut off score and thus qualified the stage 1 exam. These candidates will have to appear for the stage 2 examination scheduled to be held on May 10, 2020, by NCERT. Those who qualify the NTS stage 2 examination will be selected for the scholarship.

NTSE Stage I was conducted on November 3, 4,17, and December 1, 2019, in the offline mode, while Stage II will be conducted on May 10, 2020.

Steps to check NTSE stage 1 Result 2020

•Go to the official website of SCERT or Education Department of States or click the above link (to be provided after the official announcement)

•Select the "NTSE" section which is available on the home page of the website.


•In the respective section, a link referring to "State Level NTSE Result 2020 (Stage 1)" will be provided after the result announcement.

•Click on the same to check the complete NTSE 2020 result list. A merit list will be displayed on the computer screen.


•Students can check the name of the selected candidates. In case, your name is not mentioned then you will not qualify for Stage 2.
